About The Role
We are looking for a
CRM Senior Data Analyst to help improve customer engagement and business performance through data-driven insights. You will analyze customer data, optimize CRM strategies, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and business opportunities.
- Develop CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling.
- Create customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working with online or digital products.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.
