Overview:
The Sales Team Supervisor will oversee store operations and team performance, helps customers find the right tech solutions, and ensures excellent service across the retail branches in Taguig, Mandaluyong, and Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Set clear goals and monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback as needed
Personally assist customers with product inquiries, recommending the best laptop and tech solutions for their needs
Maintain high customer service standards and ensure the team is knowledgeable about current products and promotions
Monitor and manage daily sales reports, inventory levels, and stock movement
Oversee POS transactions to ensure accuracy and proper handling of cash and sales records
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job coaching to develop staff skills
Coordinate with management on stock requests, promotions, and store performance updates
Qualifications:
At least college level or a college graduate
Minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar capacity
Background in retail sales is a plus
Solid understanding of tech products such as laptops, desktops, and accessories
Working knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
