Job Description

  • Preparation of Billing Statements and issuance of Official Receipts
  • Preparation of monthly and or quarterly 2307 for suppliers
  • Preparation of monthly tax-related returns like 0619E, 2550Q
  • Provide assistance in documentation requirements with the external auditors and with the BIR
  • Recording journal entries and managing the Books of Accounts
  • Filing of Accounting and Admin documents and records
  • Processing of Business Permit renewals and updating records to other government agencies (SSS, PHIC & PAGIBIG) if necessary
  • Assists in other administrative responsibilities like sourcing of supplier, dispatch of documents
  • Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 year experience in related field
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting or financial principles and Taxation
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience in computerized Accounting is a plus but not required
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel
