Job Description
- Preparation of Billing Statements and issuance of Official Receipts
- Preparation of monthly and or quarterly 2307 for suppliers
- Preparation of monthly tax-related returns like 0619E, 2550Q
- Provide assistance in documentation requirements with the external auditors and with the BIR
- Recording journal entries and managing the Books of Accounts
- Filing of Accounting and Admin documents and records
- Processing of Business Permit renewals and updating records to other government agencies (SSS, PHIC & PAGIBIG) if necessary
- Assists in other administrative responsibilities like sourcing of supplier, dispatch of documents
- Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 year experience in related field
- Basic knowledge of Accounting or financial principles and Taxation
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Experience in computerized Accounting is a plus but not required
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel
