Manage the employee engagement programs, talent management and performance review.
This position is also responsible for managing the implementation of HR systems and ensuring process improvement/maximization and implementation on compliance of Labor laws and other government mandated benefits.
Providing administrative support to the HR and HP ops team.
Experience
Min 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR field, leadership experience
Knowledge & Skill
Strong knowledge of HR processes
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
