About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level engineer to join our team and contribute to a wide range of engineering activities related to pipeline integrity work, including basic assessments, data analysis, and report authoring.
This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates looking to build a strong technical foundation while gaining hands‑on industry experience.
As part of your development, you will receive extensive, structured training under the guidance of experienced senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the engineering department to ensure successful project delivery to clients
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Develop technical knowledge proactively, including discipline-specific and industry knowledge
- Plan and execute assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist in data collection, review and quality assurance related to pipeline integrity projects
- Review the work of others prior to incorporating it into own deliverables
- Conduct basic pipeline integrity assessments under supervision
- Produce clear and structured technical reports using available data and engineering principles
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company QHSE policies and procedures
- Support business development activities when required
What you will bring
Required Skills & Competencies
- Ability to understand and interpret key industry codes, standards, and engineering practices
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to write clear, structured, and coherent technical reports
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new technical challenges
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
- No practical experience required
