Digital Design Engineer

Design and implement digital circuits and systems, focusing on logic, timing, and power optimization. Write RTL code, simulate, and verify designs to ensure functionality meets performance requirements. Collaborate with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the design in the overall system.

Summary: As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a focus on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. The role includes writing register transfer level code, simulating designs, and verifying their functionality to ensure they meet performance standards. Collaboration with various teams such as physical design, verification, and software is essential to integrate and validate the design within the complete system, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Assist in documenting design processes and maintaining clear communication across teams. - Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts to resolve design issues efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design tools. - Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into design improvements. - Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Manila office.
