As Voe Marine Naval Architect you will be part of a wide variety of interesting projects spanning the full breadth of our portfolio.
Day To Day Responsibilities Are Varied But May Include
- Seafastening design and verification
- Structural design
- On-site engineering support
- Support with proposals
Provide guidance and technical support to graduate and junior engineers
- Liaise directly with clients and support the project leads
- Support with checking and quality control
- Complete on-site surveys
- Production of engineering calculations, reports and documentation

Role Overview
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Naval Architecture or another related engineering discipline
2 + Years experience within the offshore sector, with a focus on structural engineering, particularly offshore equipment and seafastening design & verification.
Experience with class rules for offshore and vessel engineering.
Experience using FEA software for structural design and verification.
Right to work in the UK.
Chartered engineer (or working towards it) with RINA, IMarEST, or equivalent.
Experience with design software such as AutoCad, FEA and Rhino3D.
- Knowledge of marine sections such as offshore wind.
