FutureProof VA is hiring a PM / ops support person to help keep active FutureProof work organized, visible, and moving.
This is not a generic admin role.
It is also not a vague "do everything" assistant role.
FutureProof exists because Filipino talent deserves better than being treated as cheap task labor.
Filipino talent is under-recognized, not under-capable. Many people already have the hunger, judgment, and ability, but lack the map, language, proof, systems, and confidence to move into higher-value work. AI should not push ambitious Filipinos further down the value chain. It should become leverage that helps them move up.

What you will do
You will help FutureProof operate more clearly by:
- Keeping internal trackers, calendars, notes, and follow-up lists organized.
- Turning calls or messy updates into owners, deadlines, blockers, next actions, and status.
- Capturing decisions, open questions, and follow-ups from calls or working sessions.
- Preparing short daily summaries so leadership can see what moved, what is blocked, and what needs a decision.
- Checking forms, posts, links, instructions, and handoff materials before they go live.
- Following up with people who owe updates, files, approvals, or decisions.
- Escalating blocked, late, unclear, sensitive, or risky items quickly.
- Using AI tools where helpful to summarize, structure, QA, and improve operating work.
You do not need to be a senior PM on day one. You do need to be reliable, organized, direct, coachable, and serious about details.
What good work looks like
Good work in this role could look like:
- A clean tracker that shows owners, dates, status, blockers, and next actions.
- Same-day call notes with decisions and open questions clearly separated.
- Short written updates that make the next decision easier.
- Early warnings when an owner, deadline, instruction, or handoff is unclear.
- Careful QA before a form, post, link, or candidate instruction goes public.
- Respectful but direct follow-up when something is late or missing.
- Good judgment about what should stay internal.
The right person will help FutureProof reduce dropped details, speed up follow-through, and make the team's work easier to trust.
What this is not
This role is not:
- A passive admin role.
- A senior strategy role.
- A people-manager role.
- A public spokesperson role.
- A role where you approve prices, payments, legal terms, compensation, venues, hiring offers, partner promises, or public claims.
- A role where you share internal FutureProof information outside the approved team.
You will not collect payments, approve offers, publish unapproved claims, make final business decisions, or act as a people manager unless the role is explicitly expanded later.
What you can earn
Strong performers can target about $600-$1,200/month plus additional upside, depending on role fit, performance, expanded responsibility, and written terms.
Compensation path:
- Paid test week: $100 for top finalists who complete the test properly.
- Starting base if hired: $600/month full-time.
- Early review: possible increase up to $800/month if performance is clearly excellent.
- Longer-term path: $1,000-$1,200/month+ if the role expands and performance is strong.
- Larger upside may be possible over time if responsibility, business results, and performance clearly justify it.
This is not an automatic raise ladder. The point is to start clearly, prove trust, then create a bigger role for someone who can genuinely help FutureProof execute.
