At SoftwareOne, our sales team works closely with customers to understand their business challenges and provide technology solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. As an Account Manager, you will join a collaborative and customer-focused team responsible for developing trusted client relationships and supporting business growth

The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, helping to identify opportunities, deliver value, and support long-term customer success. This role contributes to revenue growth by developing strong partnerships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting customer growth initiatives.
  • Manage customer renewals, proposals, quotations, and sales opportunities.
  • Develop account plans aligned to customer objectives and business needs.
  • Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales activities, customer onboarding, and opportunity management
