We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
People & Culture Intern to support our People & Culture team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
About The Role
Recruitment
- Post job advertisements and assist with candidate sourcing.
- Provide recruitment status updates and reports.
- Support the ATO process, preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
Admin
- Update HR email templates and employee records (201 files).
- Prepare HR communications, reminders, and communication board materials.
- Assist with training audits and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Facilities
- Prepare gate passes for pull-outs and deliveries.
- Update and maintain facilities inventory records.
Events
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the People & Culture team.
What We Are Looking
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
