Responsibilities:
- Using a scheduling system to coordinate technicians and manage open jobs
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all critical job information is up to date
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and property managers regarding scheduling and job requirements
- Following up on outstanding invoices, reports, and compliance-related issues
- Updating internal systems and databases with job progress and outcomes
- Performing general administrative duties to support daily operations
- Monitoring key performance indicators and participating in ongoing training and development
- Understanding and applying Queensland legislative requirements for smoke alarm compliance
