Job Responsibilities:
- Produce daily TikTok content, including filming, editing, and publishing unique, high-quality short-form videos (reels) tailored specifically for the TikTok platform
- Perform comprehensive video editing and post-production (trimming, text overlays, trending sounds, effects) using professional and native editing tools (e.g., CapCut, TikTok Editor)
- Creatively showcase and integrate assigned e-commerce products within video content to effectively drive interest and sales
- Proactively research and apply current, relevant TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to content ideation and execution
- Brainstorm and script a continuous pipeline of original, engaging, and on-brand video concepts that align with marketing goals
- Manage publishing schedules, write compelling captions, select appropriate hashtags, and ensure content is published at optimal times for maximum reach
- Monitor and report on core performance metrics (views, engagement, retention) for daily video content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content adheres to the specific tone and visual aesthetic of the assigned e-commerce brand(s)
- Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams on content strategy and execution
Your profile:
Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or any related creative course. The ideal profile requires a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in short-form video creation, especially across platforms like TikTok and Reels, alongside a deep understanding of current social media trends. Independence, flexibility, and speed are considered essential, and success requires a highly creative mindset, detail-oriented execution, high drive, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year student in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms (portfolio required)
- Exceptional proficiency with mobile editing software (e.g., CapCut, VN, or native platform editors)
- Strong understanding of TikTok best practices, trends, and optimization strategies (hashtags, sounds, posting times)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
