Your Role:
As an Onboarding Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end pre-onboarding lifecycle, serving as the critical operational anchor from recruiter endorsement up to formal handovers to the People & Culture teams. Your core responsibilities include:
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the complete pre-onboarding lifecycle process, ensuring a seamless transition path from talent delivery endorsement down to formal handovers to People & Culture (HR Onboarding and Offboarding) teams.
- Specialist Governance: Govern and direct the specialist team cohort to ensure all 6 onboarding specialists strictly comply with metrics and preserve a high degree of process agility, operational accuracy, and compliance guidelines.
- Friction Resolution: Proactively track and identify pipeline friction areas or system bottlenecks, engineering prompt adjustments to keep candidate turnaround times minimized.
- Handoff Governance: Establish and enforce systematic handoff validation protocols between Sourcing, Recruitment, and HR Shared Services to track metrics accurately.
What You Need:
Preferred skills/expertise
- Extensive familiarity with modern recruitment technology architecture, specifically automated pre-employment onboarding modules within platforms like Manatal.
- Prior experience supervising corporate shared services or leading multi-tiered recruitment project coordination setups.
- Advanced strategic communication and process-mapping capabilities to lead diverse teams successfully.
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of solid professional experience within HR operations, Talent Acquisition, or Shared Services, including at least 2 years in a dedicated leadership or supervisory function.
- Deep end-to-end literacy across recruitment delivery lifecycles, verification logs, background investigation practices, and formal HR onboarding-to-offboarding gates.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational agility, verify zero-gap data hygiene, and maintain extreme accuracy scores across teams under tight compliance constraints.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related operational discipline.
