Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Developer to join a dynamic technology team. In this role, you will design,

develop, and enhance CRM solutions that support business operations and

technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders

to translate business needs into functional system specifications and deliver

scalable solutions within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build CRM system components that address both business and technical requirements within a Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to assess business needs, define functional specifications, and provide guidance on CRM platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Own and deliver end-to-end software enhancements, minor project deliverables, defect resolutions, and feature integrations within Dynamics 365.
  • Identify design issues and develop well-structured solutions using a user-centered approach, iterating rapidly as needed.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of developers to drive overall solution delivery; effectively manage and collaborate with offshore development teams from an onshore capacity.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Operate effectively under pressure, managing tight timelines without compromising solution quality.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform features, capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming principles.
  • Strong knowledge of SOA-based architecture, including REST and SOAP web services.
  • Proficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, Model Binding, and asynchronous programming.
  • Working knowledge of SSRS and CRM-based reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dynamics CRM integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure tools and technologies.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Canvas/Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE); relevant certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Background in designing and implementing solutions that integrate with .NET application APIs.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC frameworks and related techniques.
  • Competence in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and MVC.
