Full-Stack Developer

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Hybrid, Nightshift
In This Role, You Are Responsible For
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between front-end user experiences and back-end logic. You will own the end-to-end development of scalable digital solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust architectures, and ensure our systems are fast, secure, and highly reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient front-end and back-end code.
- Build responsive user interfaces and seamless user experiences based on modern design frameworks.
- Architect and optimize robust server-side logic, databases, and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to optimize performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for engineering best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong experience with back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET) and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern deployment workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong collaborative mindset.
