About The Role
We are looking for a Client Partner to manage strategic client accounts, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with excellent relationship management and consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand client business priorities and recommend strategic solutions.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project outcomes.
- Develop account growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead executive business reviews and account planning sessions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solution offerings.
- Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in account management, consulting, business development, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting international or US-based clients is an advantage.
