Employment Type: Independent Contractor
What We Are Looking For
Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level? At eFlexervices, we're not just hiring a Data Analytics Associate – we're empowering your talent to deliver quality and performance. Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.
Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Data Analytics Associate to serve as the architect of our data storytelling. This role is focused on building and owning the complex, multi-source data architecture that drives our business. You will be responsible for integrating diverse SaaS data streams (CRM, Billing, Product Usage) into a seamless, scalable warehouse ecosystem, empowering every department to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
As an early, senior member of the team, you’ll bring a leadership mindset—not just executing on requests, but proactively defining the metrics that will shape our long-term growth strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Architect Scalable Systems: Design, build, and optimize robust data models (fact and dimension tables) within our central data warehouse (Snowflake) to integrate information from 8+ disparate sources.
Expert SQL Modeling: Write and own complex, optimized SQL transformation logic using CTEs, window functions, and advanced joins across very large datasets to create curated, trusted data assets.
Drive Multi-Source Integration: Lead the effort to stitch customer, revenue, and product usage identities across critical systems like Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Dialpad, and Heap.
Data Governance & Performance: Manage the performance and cost of our data warehouse (Snowflake), including designing aggregation layers and optimizing slow queries to ensure cost-efficiency and fast delivery.
Empower Self-Service: Transform raw event-level data and CRM logs into intuitive, governed intermediate tables and presentation layers, enabling analysts and business stakeholders to confidently use data.
Strategic Product Analytics: Model user behavior and adoption funnels, and you must have built product adoption models to provide deep insights into product-led growth and retention.
Qualifications And Requirements
Snowflake Experience: Hands-on experience with Snowflake, with a proven ability to work with and optimize large datasets from various sources.
Hands-on SQL Complexity: Minimum of 2 years of daily, expert-level SQL usage for complex data modeling and transformation—using CTEs, window functions, and advanced joins—rather than just ad-hoc data pulling.
SaaS Data / Event-Tracking Experience: Strong background in a B2B SaaS environment, understanding the unique metrics, and integrating and modeling complex multi-source data and event-tracking (e.g., Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Heap, Amplitude).
Analytics Engineering Experience: Demonstrated ability to apply analytics engineering best practices to build and maintain clean, scalable data models using tools like dbt.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry experience, including the leadership mindset necessary to mentor others and set the stage for future data hiring.
Communication Mastery: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into "so what?" insights for non-technical audiences. You are as comfortable in a code editor as you are presenting to a room of stakeholders.
Ambiguity Navigator: You don't wait for a perfect brief. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to drive clarity and solutions where they don't yet exist.
