The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new client accounts through
outbound calls, conducting negotiations, and driving sales activities to secure orders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts.
- Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
- Gather and document client information required for job creation.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
- Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients.
- Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and
build strong client relationships.
- Adaptable and confident in managing client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirements
- CRM experience.
- Experience selling to US clients.
