Your role
As a Data Entry Analyst, You Will:
- Update and complete incoming reservations sent through online booking channels.
- Review and correct reservation data to maintain a 99% accuracy rate.
- Manage daily reservation queues to prevent processing delays or backlogs.
- Keep team members informed of daily rate structures and pricing updates.
- Generate and submit productivity and task completion reports.
- Escalate system bugs or reservation interface issues to management immediately.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and report hazards or incidents promptly.

What You Need:
- High Data Accuracy: Proven ability to input data with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Queue Management: Experience managing high-volume tasks and workflow queues under tight deadlines.
- Basic Reporting: Ability to track and report daily productivity metrics.
- Detail Orientation: Sharp focus on detail when auditing reservation fields and rates.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, guest services, or hospitality administration.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers.
- Strong written communication skills for coordinating with Revenue Managers.
- Ability to troubleshoot simple reservation interface errors independently.
