Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of learning programs that strengthen employee capability and support business priorities.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Pasig. The position is well-suited for an L&D professional with strong experience in training strategy, instructional design, learning program management, leadership development, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Manager will design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs that are aligned with organizational goals and business needs. The role involves working closely with department leaders, HR stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assess capability gaps, identify learning priorities, and develop practical learning solutions.

The position is responsible for creating instructional materials, learning modules, training plans, and other capability-building resources that support employee and leadership development. The Learning and Development Manager will also manage learning programs, learning management systems, training records, reports, and effectiveness measures to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and produce meaningful outcomes.

The role includes facilitating or overseeing leadership development initiatives and supporting a culture of continuous learning across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with different teams to ensure learning initiatives are relevant, engaging, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in learning and development, training, capability development, or a related HR function.
  • Strong experience in training and development, instructional design, learning management, and program evaluation is required. The role also requires a background in leadership development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and project management skills. Experience in a technology, telecommunications, or fast-paced corporate environment is an advantage.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to work full onsite in Pasig on a day shift schedule.
