Roles and Responsibilities

Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, tasks such as:

  • Data Entry: Entering and updating data in databases or other systems accurately.
  • Data Validation: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Database Management: Assisting in the maintenance and organization of databases, including data cleaning and optimization.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to data processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Communication: Collaborating with other tea ---------- mbers or departments to understand data requirements and ensuring effective communication related to data matters.
  • Basic Analysis: Performing basic data analysis tasks, such as creating simple charts or graphs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Big Query: In-depth knowledge of Google Sheets and Big Query, including formulas, functions, and advanced features. Ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Data Management Skills: Experience in organizing and structuring data efficiently. Ability to import and export data to and from Google Sheets.
  • Security and Access Control: Understanding of Google Sheets sharing settings and access control.

Knowledge of best practices for securing sensitive data.

  • Automation and Scripting: Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automating tasks and creating custom functions within Google Sheets.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data using built-in tools in Google Sheets. Experience with creating charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effective communication skills for collaborating with tea ---------- mbers on shared Google Sheets. Experience in commenting, suggesting changes, and collaborating in real-time.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues within Google Sheets. Ability to optimize and streamline existing processes.
  • Training and Documentation: Capability to provide training to tea ---------- mbers on the effective use of Google Sheets. Creating and maintaining documentation on Google Sheets processes and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on new features and updates in Google Sheets. Seeking opportunities for professional development in Google Workspace tools and any other tools needed.
