What You’ll Do
- Manage and control projects to meet customer requirements while ensuring cost control and adherence to project budgets.
- Oversee Service Engineers and contractors during project implementation to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Manage UPS Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with customers.
- Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries in accordance with customer requirements.
- Schedule and participate in project discussions and meetings with customers.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Attend project site meetings and provide project updates as required.
- Support contract administration activities, including ordering, billing milestones, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) submissions.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time management.
- Manage subcontractor schedules and ensure the quality of work performed.
- Support the Service team during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking in all relevant activities.
- Provide the necessary support to effectively implement, maintain, and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Communicate the importance of compliance with QMS requirements across the organization.
- Ensure that QMS objectives and goals are achieved.
- Engage, guide, and support employees contributing to the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
At least 2 years of project management experience
Auto-CAD skill
Good communication skill
