Job Summary
The Attributes Coordinator is responsible for the inventory management, deployment, tracking, and maintenance of operational assets, including EDC (Electronic Data Capture) devices, rider equipment, and other company-issued tools. This role ensures assets are properly allocated, accounted for, and available to support daily operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory, issuance, retrieval, and tracking of operational assets, including EDC devices, rider bags, uniforms, and other company equipment.
- Ensure accurate asset records are maintained and updated in inventory tracking systems.
- Coordinate the deployment and replacement of EDC devices and rider equipment to support operational requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure asset accountability and minimize losses.
- Monitor asset utilization, damages, and maintenance requirements, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Handle asset-related requests, escalations, and inquiries from riders, merchants, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare inventory and asset utilization reports, highlighting shortages, losses, and operational risks.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure adequate asset availability and timely replenishment.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance asset management efficiency and control.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, asset management, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Experience handling operational assets such as devices, equipment, or inventory is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and inventory tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
