Your Role:
Processing of applications in web-based applications: Workforce and Worker Management
- Data Processing (back office). Review and validate uploaded files and processes to approve, reject or return an application using webbased applications on all scopes assigned by the client.
- Escalate encountered system issues affecting productivity and quality of work and following the escalation process.
- Assist in providing data for all reports required by the client related to current role.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the client.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new technologies and complex business processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage repetitive data tasks with 100% accuracy
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role
- Strong interest in career progression toward an Entry Level Planner role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with permit application processes or similar regulatory documentation workflows
