The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to warehouse activities. The role includes maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing reports, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation of warehouse transactions. The Warehouse Administrator works closely with warehouse staff, logistics personnel, and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update warehouse records, inventory logs, and stock movement documentation.
- Prepare and process warehouse documents such as delivery receipts, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and inventory concerns.
- Assist in tracking stock levels and reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Support the warehouse team in organizing files and maintaining accurate records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock counts when required.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
