Job Description
- Assist in developing and supporting marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Help create strategies to increase brand awareness
- Create and manage marketing materials such as social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional content
- Help maintain brand consistency across different platforms
- Assist in maintaining the companys online presence, including website and social media pages
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in sales and marketing is a plus, especially if you have worked with an advertising company or similar business
- Interest in marketing strategies and advertising
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Someone who can work independently and collaboratively with a team
