TSUM Kyiv is not just a department store. It is the heart of the capital, where style meets history, and professional development meets ambition. We combine fashion, gastronomy, beauty and world-class entertainment, creating a unique space not only for visitors, but also for the team.
We're looking for
a UX/UI designer who thinks in terms of the product, not the screen. Someone who can work with analytics, business goals, and user behavior — and translate that into interfaces that people buy.
If you have experience in fashion e-commerce (premium segment would be a plus) - let's get to know each other.
Your Main Tasks
- design the complete user journey : from the web funnel to activation and regular use of the mobile/web application
- optimize pages and flows to increase conversions
- design the shopping experience and improve it based on analytics and feedback
- provide a consistent UX between web and mobile
- work together with developers on high-quality implementation of solutions
- collaborate with product managers, marketing, and the business team.
We Expect From You
UX
- conducting usability tests, analyzing user behavior, generating insights
- building information architecture, user flows, navigation logic
- rapid creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- working with hypotheses and metrics: decisions based on data, not just visual taste
UI
- understanding of composition, grids, typography, color
- building and maintaining design systems (components, states, variables)
- thoughtful microinteractions, button states, animations that enhance UX
- preparing layouts for transfer to development with an understanding of layout and responsive design
Web
- responsive/adaptive design, working with breakpoints
- knowledge of web patterns: navigation, filters, modals, pagination, large screens
- basic understanding of the impact of page structure on SEO, readability, and conversion
Mobile
- mobile-first thinking: short sessions, large interactive areas, gestures
- knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Material Design (Android)
- understanding mobile navigation: tab bar, stacks, onboarding, modal screens
- awareness of the impact of overloaded screens and unnecessary animations on retention.
Soft Skills
- ability to present well-reasoned solutions to the business and development team
- conducting workshops and design sessions
- willingness to continuous learning and development.
We Offer
- work in a friendly and professional team
- competitive remuneration
- the opportunity to become part of the history of the country's leading department store.
Become a part of a team that preserves traditions, introduces innovations, and confidently looks to the future!
