Responsibilities
Job Description
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Use effective questioning and listening techniques to understand customer needs.
Ensure each customer interaction results in a positive and efficient experience.
Provide accurate product, service, or transaction information.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
Act as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries and concerns.
Use initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call centre roles preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good computer literacy and ability to use customer support tools
Work set up: Homebased
Work schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM -7:00 AM MNL
