HIRING: VEHICLE MANAGEMENT

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and maintain records of inspections and servicing.
Fleet Documentation: Manage vehicle registrations, permits, insurance, and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Driver Support: Assist drivers with traffic violations, documentation, and vehicle assignments.
Fleet Inventory: Track and procure fleet-related supplies, tools, and spare parts.
Reporting: Prepare reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and fuel usage; update company systems and submit reports to management.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure fleet operations meet safety and regulatory standards, conduct inspections, and support risk management.
