Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Technical Support team. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support operations, technical troubleshooting, and data handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining support documentation and FAQs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Analyze support data using Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new users.
- Use AI Tools to enhance the Team´s Efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, filters).
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a technical or customer support role is a plus.
