Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
A Bachelors degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry.
2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability.
A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.
Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.
Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.
A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Sales Background is highly recommended.
Background with Website and Marketing
Key Qualifications
Strong background in Sales and/or Software environment
Technical knowledge required, including basic understanding of domain management, web hosting, and cPanel
Proven experience in setting and driving sales targets
Ability to identify key leading indicators to improve sales performance
Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Action Plans
Strong leadership, coaching, and SMART Coaching skills
Capable of developing and executing 30-60-90 day performance plans
Relevant leadership and functional tenure in a similar role
