  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the department
  • Assist in various marketing, documentation, and promotional tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of documents and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support departmental projects and activities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and tracking sheets
  • Assist in creating basic marketing materials using Canva or similar editing tools
  • Help manage and organize social media content, including scheduling posts or gathering assets needed for marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and update simple marketing logs, trackers, or databases
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing Management or any related course
  • With experience in administrative tasks or marketing support roles
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in Canva and other basic graphic editing or design tools
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with various social media platforms used for marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persistent, and hardworking
  • Basic accounting background/experience is an advantage
  • Can start immediately
