Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the department
Assist in various marketing, documentation, and promotional tasks as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of documents and marketing materials
Coordinate with internal teams to support departmental projects and activities
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and tracking sheets
Assist in creating basic marketing materials using Canva or similar editing tools
Help manage and organize social media content, including scheduling posts or gathering assets needed for marketing campaigns
Monitor and update simple marketing logs, trackers, or databases
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications
Graduate of Marketing Management or any related course
With experience in administrative tasks or marketing support roles
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
Knowledgeable in Canva and other basic graphic editing or design tools
Tech-savvy and familiar with various social media platforms used for marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills, persistent, and hardworking
Basic accounting background/experience is an advantage
