We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to support our Account Executives in managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service, and facilitating smooth insurance transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Associate located in Makati. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and solving client-related issues. The role includes tasks such as maintaining client records, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and performing client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executives in managing client accounts and responding to inquiries
  • Process insurance applications, policy renewals, and client documentation
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products, policy coverage, and claims processes.
  • Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and other internal departments for policy issuance and updates.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure timely premium payments and policy updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support the sales team with client-related tasks, including quotations and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations skills
  • Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to solve client-related issues
  • Customer Service experience and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
