About The Role
We are looking for a System & Compliance Audit Supervisor to lead audit operations, ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. This role suits someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in leading audits within a structured environment.
- Conduct compliance and operational audits across departments
- Review and assess processes and records for alignment with internal policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for improvement
- Supervise audit planning activities and mentor junior auditors
- Monitor and enforce implementation of compliance policies

- 13 years of audit experience, preferably with an ISO-certified company
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field
- CPA or CIA certification is a plus
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of compliance auditing, process mapping, and data analysis
