The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining confidentiality, handling sensitive information, and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Management and other related courses
- Preferably with atleast 12 years related experience
- With good communication skills and decision-making. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy
- Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word, PPT and Excel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, and resourceful
- Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
