Were looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to lead and manage our Educational and Livelihood Assistance Programs. If you have a passion for helping communities, working with vulnerable groups, and ensuring impactful program delivery, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee scholarship and livelihood programs
- Interview and assist prospective scholars and beneficiaries
- Monitor program progress and compliance
- Prepare reports, documentation, and case studies
- Coordinate with the CEO and support organizational operations
- Implement life skills, education, and family-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Work (licensed preferred)
- Training in PIME, Financial Management, and HR Development
- Experience in case management (preferably in accredited SWDA)
- Strong communication skills, patient, creative, and able to work with vulnerable populations
