Analyze and troubleshoot customers' issues via phone/email and site support
Understand and analyze customer requirements concerning product/solution capabilities and specifications within the product categories mentioned above
With guidance and supervisory, this role will collaborate with both sales, channel and other technical team members and end-customers to identify technical requirements, design and develop applications/solutions that effectively accomplish customers' needs and objectives
Plan, provide and deliver training on existing and new products/applications
Able to work with different stakeholders which includes but is not limited to customers, partners, salespeople, engineers
Develop, update and disseminate technical guides and tips to increase the knowledge and skill level of the sales team via company intranet and/or electronic newsletter
Evaluate new products, develop/modify new product training kit and training material
Support sales representatives with on-site demonstration and programming for customers as needed
