Conducts time and motion studies, process mapping, and data collection to analyze merchandiser activities and improve operational efficiency
Assists in ergonomic and human factors analysis, including postural assessments, manual handling evaluation, and workplace condition measurements
Supports occupational safety initiatives through hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety walkthroughs aligned with DOLE and OSH standards
Prepares reports, insights, and recommendations (e.g., staffing optimization, process improvements, and change management plans) while providing daily updates
