Application support – L2 level for Electric Vehicle (EV) platforms
Job Accountabilities (duties And Responsibilities).
Job Accountabilities
- Have good understanding of the Electric vehicle Charging/ Energy business processes, functions, business drivers/ KPIs and IT solutions.
- Ensure business continuity and high availability of business applications as per SLA
- Provide level 2 support to the business applications as per SLA
- Investigate problem trends, identify root cause of problems and suggest possible solutions to business
- Ensure on time delivery of business data requirements
Skills Required (Knowledge And Skills)
- Understanding Business capabilities, Business Processes and Technology Landscape
- In depth understanding and experience of supporting portal applications
- In depth understanding and experience of working on Oracle/ SQL database
- Ability to write the custom queries and stored procedures in DB to retrieve data as per business requirement
- Understanding of ETL, Middleware technology
- Ability to interact with Business stakeholders
- Presentation and documentation skills
- Understanding of IT Service management framework, processes (ITIL)
- Understanding of Software Delivery Life Cycle with Waterfall as Agile methodology in DevOps Environment
Key Attributes (Experience And Qualifications)
- Graduate from a reputed/recognized institute (BE/B. Tech in IT / Computer Science Engineering)
- 2-5 years of experience in L2 operation support.
