As an Estimator, you will be trained to do the following:

  • Analyze architectural plans and actual measurements
  • Prepare a materials cost estimate for roofing materials and insulation
  • Prepare cutting list/production writing
  • Check job order before production
  • Provide shop drawing and details
  • Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Civil Engineer license holder is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD, STAAD or Sketch up
  • Hardworking and has a keen eye for details
  • No fear of heights
  • Open to field works
