Job Title: SAP SD Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and a solid understanding of related modules and technical integrations. This role will involve driving end-to-end solution delivery, supporting business-critical processes, and working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SD solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and technical teams (ABAP).
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., EDI, APIs).
- Support and enhance key business processes such as intercompany billing, consignment, and order-to-cash (OTC).
- Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and provide training to end users.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP SD and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:- Proven experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst or Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of core SD processes: Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping.
- Hands-on experience with EDI setup, intercompany processes, and consignment flows.
- Familiarity with SAP MM and FI modules (added advantage).
- Exposure to GTS and API integrations is a plus.
- Basic ABAP debugging skills (preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to coordinate with China-based stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
