Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business or existing customers.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets whenever possible.
Assist in creating trade letters, product enrollment, promo enrollment, and all other things that Key Account Managers needed assistance to.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
