Key Responsibilities
- Encode sales and return transactions from various supermarkets
- Update portals and monitor online payments for supermarkets.
- Generate and encode stock return reports provided by audit.
- Check balances and adjustments of sales invoices versus total amounts received from all supermarket accounts handled.
- File received and delivered invoices for record-keeping.
- Encode variances of SKU's purchase orders delivered versus SKU's not served/not delivered.
- Monitor petty cash for office expenses.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of requirements for permits and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
