Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Record daily attendance of all site workers, staff, and subcontractors
  • Monitor daily time-in and time-out using approved timekeeping systems or logbooks
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports
  • Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for manpower validation
  • Maintain accurate records of overtime, absences, tardiness, and leave
  • Assist in payroll processing by providing validated time records
  • Ensure proper documentation of site manpower deployment
  • Safeguard timekeeping records and prevent unauthorized changes
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and report generation
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for discrepancies and corrections in attendance data

Qualifications

  • At least College Level or Graduate of Business Administration, HRM, or related course
  • Experience in construction site timekeeping is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Able to work under minimal supervision in a site environment
