Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring the timely replenishment of stock as needed.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Oversee and track the movement of goods from receiving to storage and from storage to dispatch.
- Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to top management.
- Ensure quality of goods received from shipment passed the standards of the Company and ensure outgoing items are in good condition before delivery or transfer.
- Update inventory management systems with real-time data to track stock levels, movements, and changes.
- Ensure that stored products meet quality and safety standards, and report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to inventory control and storage practices.
- Address and resolve any inventory-related issues, including stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays in delivery.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
- More than 3 years of work experience in inventory/warehouse management or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can work independently and quick to act on requests, highly analytical and critical-thinker
- Amenable to doing field work (warehouses located in Quezon City, Bulacan, and Manila).
Work Location: Tagdalit St. Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM to 5:00PM & Saturdays, 8:00AM to 3:00PM
