Responsibilities
Supervise heavy equipment and operators, providing clear instructions related to project operations and equipment usage.
Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and fuel consumption.
Source and canvass equipment parts for purchase.
Ensure all equipment and company vehicles have updated registrations.
Process government documentation (e.g., permits, registrations) for all sea-based vehicles.
Handle timekeeping for all operators and bargemen.
Provide recommendations for hiring new operators.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably as an Equipment Supervisor in the construction industry.
Experience handling vessels and heavy equipment.
Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
Detail-oriented, team player, and able to follow instructions effectively.
Willing to be assigned to any project site.
