As our Recruitment Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our hiring process running efficiently and seamlessly. You will manage the day-to-day logistics of recruitment, ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent who will help us continue to deliver world-class support.
What You'll Do
- Screen resumes and conduct initial video interviews (via Hireflix)
- Manage end-to-end candidate communication, from first contact through offer stage
- Maintain and update recruitment records in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and align on hiring needs
- Support and improve recruitment workflows, SOPs, and internal communication processes
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
- 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong familiarity with the eCommerce industry or willingness to learn
- Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable in a remote work environment
