Responsible for end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

Identifies the various sources for hiring requirements.
Coordinates with the departments for their hiring needs.
Conducts interviews and background checks.
Ensures the complete and timely submission of the new hires onboarding requirements

Handles administrative tasks such as the following, but not limited to:

Employee ID processing
Validation of utility and security information from manpower agencies
Amenable to work onsite. Office is located at National Teachers' College, Quiapo Manila.
Must be a graduate in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related degree.
