Role
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and services for web and mobile apps.
- Enhance and support existing systems.
- Migrate CoffeeScript codebase to TypeScript for improved performance and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-tested code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years with CoffeeScript (preferred) and 3+ years with Node.js/JavaScript (required)
- Strong experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, and Redis
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (CloudFormation, API Gateway, AppSync/GraphQL)
- Familiar with Jenkins, DataDog, and Loggly
- Knowledgeable in Express, Lodash, Knex, and Sequelize
- Experienced in microservices architecture and full SDLC
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
