Job Summary

The Distributor Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing distributor partnerships within the Greater Manila Area to achieve sales, distribution, and market coverage objectives. This role is ideal for highly driven professionals who are passionate about sales execution, relationship building, and growing their career in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop distributor partners to ensure achievement of sales targets, distribution goals, and market execution standards.
  • Drive sales growth through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of commercial programs.
  • Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, collections, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess execution, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with distributors to align on sales strategies, promotions, and route-to-market initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity within GMA to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade terms, and distributor agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in distributor management, key account management, or field sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong sales execution skills with the ability to influence and manage external partners.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and passion for field-based sales work.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Greater Manila Area market and trade landscape.
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field.
